Become a Partner

Agreement v1.0 — effective 2026-06-19

This Partner Agreement is between Molokai Tech Services LLC, d/b/a manaMOBILE ("manaMOBILE", "we", "us"), and the business identified in this signup form ("Partner", "you"). By checking the acceptance box and submitting, you agree to the following.

1. Appointment

manaMOBILE appoints you as a non-exclusive authorized partner to promote and sell manaMOBILE travel eSIMs and/or cellular plans. This Agreement creates no exclusive territory and no minimum sales obligation.

2. How you are paid

1. Travel eSIM revenue share: 20-30% of retail price on every eSIM your customers buy, based on your tier (Bronze/Silver/Gold). Paid via Stripe on your schedule — daily, weekly, or monthly.
2. Cellular monthly residual: a fixed dollar amount per active line per month (the then-current residual rate), paid monthly in arrears, for as long as the line remains active and current on payment.
3. Clawback: commissions are reversed for any order that is refunded, charged back, cancelled, or fails to remain active through its first 60 days. We pay on real, retained, paying customers only.
4. You are responsible for your own taxes (issued on Form 1099 where applicable).

3. Your responsibilities

1. Present plans honestly and accurately. Never use the word "unlimited" or any claim we have not authorized. State data amounts in concrete GB.
2. Use only manaMOBILE-approved marketing materials and your assigned partner code / QR. Do not name underlying host carriers in your own advertising.
3. Comply with all applicable laws, including FCC truth-in-advertising rules, and protect all customer information (including CPNI) you handle.
4. You act as an independent contractor. You have no authority to bind manaMOBILE or to make promises on our behalf.

4. Term and termination

This Agreement is at-will. Either party may end it with 30 days' notice; we may end it immediately for cause, including fraud, false or "unlimited" claims, gaming of incentives, or violation of law. On termination, we pay incentives and residuals earned and unpaid through the termination date.

5. Electronic acceptance

By checking the box below and submitting, you confirm you are authorized to bind your business and you agree to this Agreement. Your acceptance, the date and time, your IP address, and this version are recorded as your electronic signature under the federal E-SIGN Act and Hawaiʻi's UETA.
