Switch from T-Mobile to manaMOBILE

Transfer your number from T-Mobile

T-Mobile has Port-Out Protection turned ON by default — you must disable it first.

Before you start

• Turn off Port-Out Protection (see below — this is the #1 reject cause)
• Have your 9-10 digit account number from your T-Mobile bill or T-Life app
• Your phone must be active and paid — past-due accounts block ports

Disabling Port-Out Protection

1. Open the T-Life app
2. More → Profile settings → Privacy and notifications
3. Port Out Protection → toggle OFF
4. Or visit t-mobile.com and follow the same path

Getting your Transfer PIN

1. T-Life app → Manage → ⚙ → Permissions & controls → Transfer PIN
2. Or dial 611 from your T-Mobile phone
3. PIN is valid for 7 days

How long it takes

Most T-Mobile → manaMOBILE ports complete within 1-2 hours — same network, same towers.
