Transfer your number from Mint Mobile

Mint doesn't offer a self-serve PIN generator — you'll need to contact support.

Before you start

• Disable Port-Out Protection (Mint inherits T-Mobile's — same disable path)
• Have your account number ready (Mint app → Fox Bot, or call support)
• Your phone must be active

Getting your Transfer PIN

1. Open the Mint app → Fox Bot chat
2. Type "Account Number" or "Port Out" to escape the bot
3. Or call 800-683-7392 and ask for your Transfer PIN
4. PIN is valid for only 2 days — generate it right before submitting

Account number tips

• Mint account numbers are 6-16 characters, alphanumeric
• Find it via the Fox Bot in the Mint app, or call support
• Not shown on your bill — must request it

How long it takes

Most Mint → manaMOBILE ports complete within 1-2 hours (same T-Mobile network).
