Switch from AT&T to manaMOBILE

Transfer your number from AT&T

AT&T makes porting out straightforward, but there are a few things to do first.

Before you start

• Disable Wireless Account Lock if you've enabled it (myAT&T → Profile → Wireless passcode → Wireless Account Lock)
• Have your 10-digit AT&T account number ready (top-right of your bill)
• Your phone must be active — we can't port a cancelled line

Getting your Transfer PIN

1. Dial \*PORT (\*7678) from your AT&T phone
2. You'll get a text with your Number Transfer PIN
3. The PIN is valid for 4 days — don't generate it too early

Account number tips

• It's usually 10 digits on the top-right of your AT&T bill
• Or find it under myAT&T → Profile
• If your number shows 9 digits, add a leading zero

How long it takes

Most AT&T → manaMOBILE ports complete within 2 hours during business hours.
